Mariana was awesome! She was by herself at the front desk, handling all the activity going on around her with ease and a smile! She checked us into room 544, with a great view of the pool/courtyard area. She mentioned the evening reception and the food truck that was in the parking lot! She was also able to recommend a near by restaurant for dinner the first night and a delicious pizza place that would deliver the second night, when we didn't want to go out after a long day being tourists. (Mama and Papa's, which we really enjoyed. Fast delivery and the pizza was piping hot when it arrived)
The room:
The rooms are very spacious, with designated space for everything--cook, work, relax or sleep. Especially nice was being able to open the windows to let in fresh air. You can hear the freeway with the windows open, and while we thought it would be a problem, we didn't even notice after 5 mins. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some of the great smelling lotion in the bathroom and perhaps an additional trash can near the desk.
The hotel:
Conveniently located just a few short miles from the Burbank airport, easy to find. Also close proximity to the activities we had planned (TMZ tour :) Jimmy Kimmel and the Farmers Market.
The free buffet breakfast is incredible, a huge selection with something to please everyone. OH and free wifi!
All in all, a great little vacation. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it. Full Review
