I'm going to update my review because their house latte ALONE deserves at least 4 stars. Is it super busy all the time? Yeah. You'll be waiting an hour at least during the weekend. They have amazing pancakes and I think all of them can be made vegan. That also deserves 4 stars. Full Review

Burbank is a breakfast town to be sure, and this family-owned spot is a jewel in Burbank's breakfast crown. Easy parking in the Von's parking lot with a few hybrid car charging spots facing Pass Avenue. Bring a full-charged phone as well, as the wait can be 15-20 minutes (at worst). Join the Birkenstock-hipster-Burbank-studio crowd-waiting for your table inside. I don't eat outside, anywhere, but that's available too. Full Review
