Urban Press Winery & Restaurant and Canyon Grille at DeBell Golf Course have joined forces to create an exceptional dining experience with the innovative award winning Affinity Gin paired with a 5 Course Menu.

Urban Press Winery will showcase their award winning Affinity Gin. We promise a Gin experience like no other. The fresh lavender, citrus and juniper notes – takes the art of craft Gin making to another level. Chef Mauro of Canyon Grille, the onsite restaurant of DeBell has created an exciting 5 Course Menu. Each course will be paired with a hand-crafted gin cocktail. The craft of pairing food with gin, dubbed ‘ginstronomy’, is gaining in popularity as gastronomes explore matching the complex botanicals of the juniper-based spirit with some of their favorite foods. This dining experience will tantalize the taste buds while being surrounded by the lush grounds of the DeBell Golf Course.

First Course –
Oysters topped with a splash of Affinity Gin.

Second Course –
Arugula Salad tossed with Shaved Parmesan, Dressed in Lemon and Olive Oil topped with Grapefruit Wedges.

Third Course –
Ceviche fresh white fish done in a traditional style.

Fourth Course –
Figs wrapped in Prosciutto, Stuffed with Bleu Cheese and Almonds.

Main Course –
Surf and Turf at its best…Crab Cake & Steak

Key Lime Pie
