I love all of the sales and coupons that Bath & Body Works offer. I went in today and forgot to have one of the coupons applied. I went back with my receipt and it was no problem at all to get my free product!

What can I say, I love a nice candle or 10...Bath & Body Works always comes in clutch with the seasonal scents and frequent promotions!
This location was just remodeled so it resembles a White Barn more- darker walls and similar merchandising, but same friendly workers and decent selection. This isn't the biggest or most well-stocked Bath & Body Works around (the Sherman Oaks one is pretty good for more options), but it's convenient and usually has most of what I want.
I love their soaps as well, and their Semi Annual Sales (winter and summertime) are a good time to stock up. They have an app as well so you can earn rewards and use digital coupons. They're located at the corner on the second floor of the Burbank mall closest to the exit onto Magnolia. Full Review

I walked in only for the beach scrub and then was informed of the sale going on by Evelyn. She also told me to download the app for a free gift, yay!
The real MVP was Amanda. I ended up trying to get the Love aromatherapy body cream, the beach scrub, and two hello beautiful lotions. The hello beautiful lotions were for my mom because she's obsessed with those.
However the grand total ended up being like $50 which was off putting considering all the "sales" and free gifts.
Anyway, long story short I changed my mind about a million times and Amanda was so patient. Ended up with one hello beautiful, one scrub, and one love body cream.

UPDATE:
Came in again today and WOW all staff at this location are rockstars!
I thought my heart was broken beyond repair when Crystal told me that my favorite sand scrub was not currently in stock/season and wouldn't be back until next summer AKA a year from now.
But then she recommended I try another scrub from the Aromatherapy which she said was basically the same texture as my go-to item.
Just tried it out and I absolutely love it.
I fully support a raise and/or bonus for the staff at this location.
