Visit Burbank is proud to support events that help elevate Burbank as a premier destination for tourism, travel, and culture. Through our sponsorship program, we partner with event organizers who can demonstrate a meaningful impact on hotel room nights, community engagement, and year-round visibility for Burbank’s attractions, businesses, and neighborhoods.
Applications are evaluated based on their ability to:
Note: Events are strongly encouraged to avoid high-occupancy months (April, June, July, and August). Applications must be submitted at least six months prior to the proposed event date. Event producers are highly encouraged to collaborate with local Burbank businesses for pre/post event gatherings i.e. at hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc.
Each level includes detailed marketing expectations, brand placement opportunities, and Visit Burbank promotion across digital and on-site event materials.
Once Visit Burbank receives your sponsorship submission, it will be reviewed by the Sponsorship Subcommittee, which meets quarterly.
The Sponsorship Subcommittee will evaluate to ensure that your proposal meets sponsorship requirements and make a recommendation at a subsequent Visit Burbank Board of Directors meeting. The Board will review the decision and vote to approve or not. The Board’s decision is final.
