This park is filled with shade trees, baseball field, plentiful picnic tables for parties, expansive lawns and a summer concert series. The recreation center here offers a lap pool, community rooms, a gymnasium, restrooms and numerous recreation classes.

One if the best things about Burbank is their parks and recreation department. I enjoy the adult sport classes the most. The instructors are knowledgeable and well trained. My favorite cardio and pilates instructor is Michelle Wilson. Every exercise class is different . She varies her routines so it is never boring. If you are a young adult or an older adult you will fit right in. It is fun and good for you too. You will meet lots of new friends. Try it...you will be glad you did. Full Review
Verdugo park is just one of the amazing park that Burbank has. I usually come here to play tennis, there are just 2 courts but they are separated and both gated so there is no risk of disturbing the people that play in the other court. Burbank tennis center offers some of its classes here as well, but majority of the time I came to play there was at least one court free. Full Review
